The Digest: 12/15/2023
This week's most share-worthy resources from around the interwebz
Happy Friday!!!
You might have noticed a post published a few minutes before this one.
The truth is I had written that as the introduction to today’s Digest, but this morning, I decided to break it out as its own piece.
I figured it was fine enough to stand on its own, and having it separate from The Digest might help distinguish it a bit better in the long run.
So, here I am, typing up this new intro about 20 minutes (at the time of typing) until I normally publish.
Everything’s good here, and this week brought a few more big steps toward the next chapter of my life.
While I’m pleased to be moving forward, I’m at a point where things are so close to being finalized that I’m starting to get a little restless.
That’s okay, though; I recognize it, and I’m managing it.
I’ve got a good routine here in Blacksburg, and I’m going to appreciate it for what it is.
Then, when whatever comes next, I’ll appreciate that for whatever it is.
That’s all we can do, after all.
Our lives will never be perfect.
Sometimes, they may even be far from it.
All we can do is find whatever blessings we can to appreciate.
Even when we want change, a little appreciation goes a long way.
