Happy Friday!!!
Hope you’re having the loveliest week.
For those of you in the United States, happy (belated) Thanksgiving :-)
As you all know, I’ve been in Blacksburg for the past few weeks.
We’re doing Thanksgiving at my dad’s house, so there was no travel for me this year.
My sister and brother came in yesterday, but we’re doing Thanksgiving today.
That seemed to work better with their travel schedules.
I’m not sure whether we’re doing lunch or dinner as our celebratory meal, but I’ll find out soon, I suppose.
Other than that, I’ll probably just be hanging out with the fam today and then finding somewhere to watch the Hokies play the Cavaliers in football tomorrow.
Both my brother and my sister are heading out on Sunday, and then my father and his lady friend are leaving a day or two after that to visit her family.
It’ll be just me for a few days once they’re all gone.
What’d you think about my post earlier this week about small steps leading to negative behavior change?
It ended up being a bit longer than I’d intended, but such is life.
I’ve been enjoying posting longer pieces less frequently compared to the shorter daily posts I was posting before.
We’ll see if I keep publishing each week, though.
I’ll admit I did feel a bit of pressure to get the post this week out “on time.”
That pressure is totally my doing, and it’s because I value a regular schedule.
However, when I started sharing my writing again, my intention was to publish on whatever schedule allowed me to write quality pieces at a comfortable pace.
I’m going to need to figure out how to manage all that, it appears.
In the meantime, you can enjoy this week’s share-worthy resources from around the interwebz:
